PCR2006112 PCR2006112_filelist.xml RESOLUTION #P.C. 112-2006 Print BestFit RESOLUTION #P.C. 112-2006 APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY PARKING OF MOBILE HOMES AND/OR TRAILERS FOR ATONEMENT LUTHERAN CHURCH LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 3 (MARTIN DRIVE)   WHEREAS, On August 22, 2006 a narrative was submitted by Frank Waltz of Atonement Lutheran Church requesting temporary parking of habitable vehicles during the construction of said church located in the SE ¼ of Section 3 (Martin Drive), and   WHEREAS, The proposed use is not covered directly by the zoning ordinance, although 6.04(4)(G)6 states  the following: “Uses Not Enumerated:  In any case where there is question as to the parking requirements for a use or where such requirements are not specifically enumerated, the Building [if supportFields]><i><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial'><span style='mso-element:field-begin'></span>xe "Building"</span></i><![endif] [if supportFields]><i><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial'><span style='mso-element:field-end'></span></span></i><![endif] Inspector shall bring such case to the Plan Commission [if supportFields]><i><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial'><span style='mso-element:field-begin'></span>xe "Plan Commission"</span></i><![endif] [if supportFields]><i><span style='font-size:11.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial'><span style='mso-element:field-end'></span></span></i><![endif] which body shall have the authority to determine the appropriate application of the parking requirements to the specific situation,” and   WHEREAS, The petitioner requests temporary parking of mobile homes and trailers during the initial phases of the building process of the future Atonement Lutheran Church, and WHEREAS, The piece of land that the structure/campus will be built upon is 7 acres in size. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the temporary parking of habitable vehicles during the construction of Atonement Lutheran Church located in the SE ¼ of Section 3 (Martin Drive).
