APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL PRELIMINARY PLAT
FOR CREEKSIDE ESTATES
LOCATED IN THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 34 TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, On July 27, 2006 a Preliminary Plat for a nineteen (19) lot land division was submitted by Doll’s Creekside Estates LLC for the Creekside Estates Subdivision located in the
SW ¼ of Section 34 and the SE ¼ of Section 33, Town of Vernon, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial Preliminary Plat creating a nineteen (19) lot land division for Creekside Estates Subdivision located
in the SW ¼ of Section 34 and the SE ¼ of Section 33, Town of Vernon, and recommends the same to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval replaces the previously approved plat as per Resolution #P.C. 086-2006.
