RESOLUTION #P.C. 093-2006
RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO VACATE RIGHT-OF-WAY AT THE END OF MYSTIC DRIVE LOCATED IN THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 14
WHEREAS, A request to vacate a street right-of-way was initiated by Gail James for property located in the NE ¼ of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, Said right-of-way is at the end of Mystic Drive and was originally created as part of a land division in 2005, and
WHEREAS, Said dedication is not necessary to serve future development on adjoining properties as additional right-of-way is being dedicated in other land divisions in the area found
under Resolutions #P.C. 058-2006 and #P.C. 059-2006, and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee reviewed the vacation at their July 2006 meeting.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends to the Common Council the vacation of street right-of-way for a portion of the extended Mystic Drive as depicted in the
attached exhibits.
