PCR2006080 ./PCR2006080_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #P.C. 080-2006 Print BestFit 6 pt 6 pt 0 RESOLUTION #P.C. 080-2006 APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR THE CONTINUED USE OF AN EXISTING TWO FAMILY DWELLING WITHIN AN EXISTING BUILDING FOR THE LANG PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 29 (PARKER DRIVE / TAX KEY NO. 2270.999) WHEREAS, On April 20, 2006 a petition to rezone the Lang property located in the NW ¼ of Section 29, (Parker Drive / Tax Key No. 2270.999) was submitted, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned EA/OD Exclusive Agricultural District with a Duplex Overlay District and a rezoning to A Agricultural District is requested, and   WHEREAS, The two family dwelling that exists on the parcel is requested to remain by conditional use grant which is allowed by Plan Commission approval per the residential zoning regulations, and   WHEREAS, City staff looks to remove the OD Duplex Overlay District in an upcoming Zoning Ordinance revision and the conditional use grant will allow the two-family use to continue, and   WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the conditional use grant was held in front of the Planning Commission on June 6, 2006.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Conditional Use Grant on the Lang property located in the NW ¼ of Section 29, subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the CUG will transfer to Lot 1 of the upcoming land division for the Lang property (As per Resolution #P.C. 068-2006) once the land division is complete.     Plan Commission City of Muskego   Adopted:    June 6, 2006 Defeated: Deferred:    Introduced: June 6, 2006 ATTEST:  Sandi Asti, Recording Secretary
