PCR2006052 saved from url=(0106)http://www.ci.muskego.wi.us/planning/Meeting%20Info/Plan%20Commission/Resolutions/2002/Res_PC_024-2002.htm ./PCR2006052_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #P.C. 052-2006 Print BestFit 6 pt 8.15 pt 2 2 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 RESOLUTION #P.C. 052-2006 APPROVAL TO RENEW PERMIT FOR DOG KENNEL FOR RELEASE THE HOUNDS DOG DAY CARE AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W181 S18460 GENINI DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2222.984.003)   WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on June 7, 2005, granted a Conditional Use permit for the property located at W181 S18460 Gemini Drive, to Release the Hounds Dog Day Care, for the operation of a commercial dog kennel, and   WHEREAS, Said property is currently under the ownership of Crown Development LLC, and Diana Kuhtz and Sandra Del Pizzo are the proprietors of Release the Hounds Dog Day Care, and   WHEREAS, Annual review by the Plan Commission was a condition of approval, and   WHEREAS, A site inspection was conducted on March 8, 2006 and the majority of the site was found to be within compliance except the following, and   WHEREAS, There were some temporary signs on the site that have not received proper approvals.   WHEREAS, No complaints have been registered during the past year in regards to this business.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby grant an extension of the Conditional Use Grant #175.   BE IT FUIRTHER RESOLVED, The temporary “A-Frame” sign is allowed without a permit as long as it is brought in at the end of each day and as long as it is not located within the public right-of-way.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all other temporary signage (including any flags) must be removed and permanent signage should be applied for if signage is needed.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval is subject to obtaining a kennel license from the Clerk’s Department.    BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Planning Commission removes the annual review requirement for this site and if complaints arise about the usage of the structure in the future, the Planning Commission may re-address the issue with further stipulations as necessary.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the conditions of this approval shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action or both.   Plan Department City of Muskego   Adopted:            April 4, 2006 Defeated:          Deferred:           Introduced:             April 4, 2006 ATTEST:            Sandi Asti, Recording Secretary
