PCR2006044 ./PCR2006044_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #P.C. 044-2006 Print BestFit 6 pt 8.15 pt 2 2 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 RESOLUTION #P.C. 044-2006   APPROVAL OF AN ANNUAL REVIEW OF A GUEST HOUSE CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR THE GOFF/GUZIEWICZ PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 24 WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a Conditional Use Grant to allow a guest house at the property located at Tax Key No. 2255.978 along Ryan Road on April 20, 2004 by Resolution #P.C. 036-2004, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RSE, Suburban Estate District, and said use is allowed by Conditional Use Grant, and the Plan Commission has required a biennial review as a condition of the approval to make certain that the usage of the structure is not rented or leased, and only be occupied in accordance with Section17:8.01 of the City of Muskego Zoning Code, and WHEREAS, Upon a site inspection the new structure is complete and fits well in the neighborhood, and WHEREAS, No complaints have been received by the City in relation to the usage of the structure. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of the biennial review for the Goff/Guziewicz property, subject to compliance with all Conditional Use Grant conditions of approval.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the petitioners have requested that annual reviews cease at this time and that the Plan Commission agrees.  However, should complaints arise about the usage of the structure in the future, the Planning Commission may readdress the issue with further stipulations as necessary.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.   Plan Department City of Muskego     Adopted:     March 21, 2006 Defeated: Deferred: Introduced: March 21, 2006 ATTEST: Sandi Asti, Recording Secretary
