RESOLUTION #P.C. 032-2006
APPROVAL OF AN ANNUAL REVIEW FOR GOODWILL INDUSTRIES AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S75 W17301 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a building, site and operation plan for Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin at the property located at S75 W17301 Janesville Road on
December 3, 1996, and
WHEREAS, Conditions of approval included the following:
1. Donation shelter be designed of a small shed, be painted to match the color scheme of the main building and be manned at all times when open for business, and
2. No donated items are to be left outside the donation shed longer than 24 hours, and
3. Written approval of property owner and use of on-site sanitary facilities, and
4. Building no larger than 10’ X 30’, and
5. Annual Plan Commission review.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the Annual Review of the Building, Site and Operation plan for Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin at the property
located at S75 W17301 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the signage and the building be repainted and fixed into a pleasing condition as per the original approvals within 3 weeks from the date of this approval
or Planning Commission removal of the BSO could be enforced.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the yearly review be held no later than the second meeting in March of every calendar year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the conditions of this Building, Site and Operation Plan shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day per violation,
the initiation of legal action, or both.
