PCR2006024 ./PCR2006024_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #P.C. 024-2006 Print BestFit 6 pt 6 pt 0 RESOLUTION #P.C. 024-2006 RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL FOR A REZONING FROM B-2 LOCAL SERVICE CENTER TO RS-2 SUBURBAN RESIDENCE LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 5 (W192 S6647 HILLENDALE DRIVE / TAX KEY NO. 2177.933.001) WHEREAS, On January 26, 2006 a petition for a rezoning was submitted by Richard Knudsen on behalf of Richard Knudsen II for a property located in the NE ¼ of Section 5, (W192 S6647 Hillendale Drive / Tax Key No. 2177.933.001), and WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned B-2 Local Service Center District, requiring a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet per lot and an average minimum width of 100 feet per lot and requires a rezoning to RS-2 Suburban Residence District to permit land divisions with minimum lot sizes of 20,000 square feet per lot and average minimum widths of 110 feet, and WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area as being set aside for Commercial land uses, and   WHEREAS, The proposed zoning change will require an amendment to the 2010 Comprehensive Plan to Medium Density Residential land use, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by municipal sanitary sewer and private well water, and   WHEREAS, A Public Hearing was held on February 28, 2006 and no negative comments were heard at that hearing.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council for a rezoning from B-2 Local Service Center to RS-2 Suburban Residence District on the Knudsen II property located in the NE ¼ of Section 5, (W192 S6647 Hillendale Drive / Tax Key No. 2177.933.001).   Plan Commission City of Muskego   Adopted:    March 7, 2006 Defeated: Deferred:    Introduced: March 7, 2006 ATTEST:  Sandi Asti, Recording Secretary
