PCR2006010 PCR2006010_filelist.xml RESOLUTION #PC 010-2006 Print BestFit RESOLUTION #P.C. 010-2006 APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE LINK PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 27, TOWN OF VERNON   WHEREAS, On January 18, 2006 a Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was submitted by David and Ruth Ann Link for a property located in the SW ¼ of Section 27, Town of Vernon, and   WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision regulations, and   WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego, and   WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the Link property located in the SW ¼ of Section 27, Town of Vernon, and recommends the same to the Common Council.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Waukesha County identified a few corrections that are required.  They are as follows:   ·         The 17-foot right-of-way dedication needs to be shown on the CSM. ·         A 30’ x 30’ shared access easement need to be created at the lot line to serve the parcels.  A noted must be placed on the CSM that states the following, “One access point allowed to Outlot 1 in the future.  Access point shall align with Center Drive.” ·         Waukesha County will want to re-review the CSM before it is recorded with the Register of Deeds.     Plan Commission City of Muskego     Adopted:      February 7, 2006 Defeated:          Deferred:           Introduced:  February 7, 2006 ATTEST:  Sandi Asti, Recording Secretary
