APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE LOUGHNEY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE ¼ OF SECTION 36, TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, On January 17, 2006 a Certified Survey Map for a three (3) lot land division was submitted by Margaret Loughney for a property located in the NE ¼ of Section 36, Town of Vernon,
and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a three (3) lot land division of the Loughney property located in the
NE ¼ of Section 36, Town of Vernon, and recommends the same to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That on the Common Council Certificate the Mayor’s name should read “Charles H. Damaske“.
