East, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 23;
thence S 89002,51" W along the South line of the Southeast 1/4 of said
Section 23 and center line of Ryan Road, 1059.47 feet to the point of
beginning of lands to be described; thence N 00*55148" W, 382.17 feet to a
found iron pipe; thence S 89*04,12" W, 258.16 feet to a found iron pipe;
thence N 51*01135" W, 137.20 feet to a found iron pipe on the Southeasterly
line of Groveway Lane; thence S 49057125" W along said Southeasterly line,
25.47 feet to a found iron pipe; thence S 51001135" E, 162.92 feet to a found
iron pipe; thence S 00052146" E, 349.71 feet to a point on the South line of
the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 23 and center line of Ryan Road; thence
N 89002151" E along the South line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 23
and center line of Ryan Road, 258.50 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting
the Northwesterly 5.00 feet along Groveway Lane and the South 40.00 feet
along Ryan Road for public highway purposes. Said lands containing 92,024.98
square feet (2.113 acres).
That I have made such survey, land division and map by the direction of Mark
