part of Government Lot 2, located in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 13, Town 5
North, Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded
and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said SW 1/4 Section 13, marked by a meander
corner monument being N87°27' 18"E, 1073.75 feet from said Northwest corner; thence
continuing N87°27' 18"E along the north line of said SW 1/4 of Section 13, 1310.32 feet;
