Section 4, 'Town 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, State of Wisconsin,
which is bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section; thence North
00°38'45" West along the West line of said 1/4 Section 782.40 feet to a point; thence North 88°36'24"
East parallel with the South line of said 1/4 Section 415.62 feet to die centerline of Martin Drive and the
point of beginning of the land to be described; thence North 59°24'00" West along said centerline 200.00
feet to a point; thence North 30°36'00" East 258.00 feet to a point; thence South 59°24'00" East 500.00
feet to a point; thence South 30°36'00" West 258.00 feet to a point on the centerline of Martin Drive;
thence North 59°24'00" West along said centerline 150.00 feet to a point; thence North 30°36'00" East
