I, Daniel E. Mack, Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify:
That I have surveyed, divided, and mapped a Redivision of Parcel 2 of
C.S.M. No. 8709, being a part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 18, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said 1/4 Section; thence S. 870
17' 45" W. along the North line of said 1/4 Section 535.54 feet to a
point; thence S. 010 02' 15" E. 343.95 feet to a point; thence S. 87'
17' 45" W. 346.84 feet to the Northeast corner of C.S.M. No. 8709 and
the point of beginning of the lands herein to be described; thence
S. 080 35' 26" E. 301.72 feet to a. point of curvature; thence South-
easterly along the arc of a curve whose chord of 129.86 feet bears
S. -110 09' 33" E. and whose radius of 1448.93 feet lies to the East,
129.91 feet to a point; thence S. 760 02' 34" W. 205.04 feet to a
point; thence N. 770 20' 08" W. 87.72 feet to a point; thence N. 011
02' 15" d. 445.53 feet to a point; thence N. 87° 17' 45" E. 222.69 feet
to the point of beginning.
That I have made such survey, land division, and map by the direction
of Timothy J. Radzius and Susan E. Radzius, owners of said land.
That such survey is a correct representation of all exterior boundaries
of the land surveyed and the division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236.34 of
the Wisconsin Statutes and the Land Division Ordinance of the City of
Muskego in surveying, dividing, and mapping the same.
