I, Scott F. Zimmerman, a Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify:
That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 3,
T 5 N, R 20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, which is bounded
and described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said SW 1/4 Section;
thence N 88°24'44" E along the North line of said SW 1/4 Section, 1994.70 feet; thence
S 00"22' 16" E 1558.15 feet; thence N 59°45' 16" W 102.00 feet; thence S 30° 14'44" W 18.58
feet to the place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continuing S 30014'44" W
171.42 feet to a point on the Northerly Right-of-way line of Martin Drive; thence
N 59°45' 16" W along said Right-of-way line 369.61 feet to a point on the Easterly
Right-of-way line of Oak Hill Drive; thence N 30° 1444" E along said Right-of-way line
