I, Christopher J. Kunkel, registered land surveyor, do hereby certify:
That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a part of vacated Martin Drive and lands in the
Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 or Section 3, Township 5 North, Range 20 East, in the
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows;
Conunencing at the Southwest corner of said Southeast 1/4 of Section 3, said point being
the place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence N 00124'00" W along the west
line of said Section 3, 621.62 feet to the centerline of Martin Drive; thence S 79°07'00" E
along the centerline of Martin Drive and its extension, 1022.48 feet; thence S 00°?8'00"
E, 400.78 feet to a point on the south line of said Section 3; thence S 88°24'46" W along
said south line, 100').40 feet to the place of beginning. Said lands containing 512,690
square feet. or 11.77 Acres, more or less.
That 1 have made this survey, land division and map by the direction of
Lindemann -Greg LLC, owner.
That such map is a true representation of all exterior boundaries of the land
surveyed and the land division thereof made.
