the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin which is bounded and described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northwest 1/4;
Thence S 00038'46" E, along the East line of said Northwest 1/4 1364.25 feet;
Thence S 89021'14" W, 1128.97 feet to the place of beginning;
Thence S 74022'25" W, 134.86 feet;
Thence S 09031'19" E, along the East Right of Way line 80.00 feet, -
Thence S 89039'48" E, 123.18 feet to the meander line;
Thence N 03012'19" W, along said meander line 116.14 feet to the place of beginning.
