I, Christopher J. Kunkel, registered land surveyor, do hereby certify:
That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a redivision of Lot 2 in Block A and Outlot 1
in Block B in Holz's Assessor's Flat, being located in a part of the NW l /4 of the SW 1/4
of Section 13, T5N, R20E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said SW 1/4 Section 13, marked by a
meander corner monument bearing N87° 27' 18" E, 1073.75 feet from said Northwest
corner; thence NS7° 27' 18" along the North line of said SW 1/4 Section 13, 1310.32
feet; thence S03° 43' 22" E, 343.94 feet to the place of beginning of the lands to be
described; thence continuing S03° 43' 22" E, 7.38 feet -,thence S07° 18'57"E, 145.18 feet;
thence S87° 34' 48" W, 186.85 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 3 in Block A in
Holz's Assessors Plat; thence NO2° 11' 45" W along the East line of Holz Drive, 120.01
feet; thence Northeasterly 33.72 feet along said East line and the arc of a circle whose
center is to the East, whose radius is 175.00 feet and whose chord bears NO3° 19' 27" E,
