That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the, SE 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3
and a part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 20 East, City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin more frilly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast One -quarter of Section I0, Town 5 North, Range
20 East, said point also being the point of beginning of herein described lands; thence SOVIT09"E,
621.52 feet, along the East line of said Northeast One -quarter of Section 10, (said line being the East line
of Lot 143 of the recorded plat ofQuietwood Creel:), to a meander line of an unnamed creek; thence
NS V23'25"W, 484.68 feet, along said meander Iine; thence N56°51'06"W, 1136.70 feet along said
meander line to a point on the centerline of Janesville Road (C.T.H. "L") and the are of a curve to the
