part of the Southwest one -quarter of the Southeast one -quarter of Section 17, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the said Southeast one -quarter; thence North 88°35'07" East along the
South line of the said quarter section, 451.89 feet to the point of beginning of the land herein described; thence
continuing along said south line and the centerline of Woods Road, North 88°35'07" East 440.00 feet; thence North
01124'53" West 320.40 feet; thence South 88035'07" West and parallel to said south line 440.00 feet; thence South
