Commencing at the NW corner of said SW 1/4 Section 6, said point being the place of
beginning, thence N 860 52' 07" E along the North Line of said SW 1/4 Section, 542.00
feet, thence s 03° 07' 53" 322.16 feet, thence N 86' 52' 07" E, 137.00 feet, thence S 03'
