I, Christopher J. Kunkel, a Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify: That I have
surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the SE'/4 of the SW '/4 of Section 30, T 5 N, R 20
E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as
follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said SW '/4 Section; thence S 88' 19' 06" W along the
South line of said SW 1/4 Section also being the centerline of Kelsey Drive, 768.00 feet to
the place of beginning; thence continuing S 88' 19' 06" W along the South line of said
SW `/4 Section also being the centerline of Kelsey Drive, 552.00 feet to the intersection of
Kelsey Drive and Crowbar Road; thence N 02' 05' 53" W along the centerline of
Crowbar Road, 520.00 feet; thence N 88° 19' 06" E, 552.01 feet; thence S 02' 05' 5 1 " E,
520.00 feet to the place of beginning. Said lands containing 287,035 feet or 6.59 acres,
more or less.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the direction of Sr. Marie Juan
