I, Christopher J. Kunkel, a Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify: That I have
surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the SW '/ of the SE'/4 of Section 30, T 5 N, R 20
E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as
follows:
Commencing at the SE'/4 of said SE'/4 Section; thence S 88' 03' i 1" W along the South
line of said SE'/4 Section also being the centerline of Kelsey Drive, 1800.00 feet to the
place of beginning. Thence continuing S 88' 03' 11" W along the South line of said SE
'/4 Section also being the centerline of Kelsey Drive, 878.91 feet said point being the SW
corner of said SE '/4 Section; thence N 02' 05' 5 1 " W, 1335.33 feet; thence N 88' 02' 50"
E, 878.54 feet; thence S 02' 06' 48" E, 1335.43 feet to the place of beginning. Said lands
containing 26.94 acres, more or less.
