1, Christopher J. Kunkel, a Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify: That I have
surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the SE '/4 of the SE '/4 of Section 30, T 5 N, R 20
E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as
follows:
Commencing at the SE'/, of said SE V, Section; thence S 88' 03' 11" W along the South
line of said SE '/, Section also being the centerline of Kelsey Drive, 780.00 feet to the
place of beginning. Thence continuing S 88' 03' 11" W along the South line of said SE
'/4 Section also being the centerline of Kelsey Drive, 1020.00 feet; thence N 02' 06' 48"
W, 1335.43 feet; thence N 88' 02' 50" E, 1020.00 feet; thence S 02' 06' 48" E, 1335.53
feet to the place of beginning. Said lands containing 31.27 acres, more or less.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the direction of the Wayne G.
and Arlene L. Salentine Revocable Trust, Owner of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all exterior boundaries of the land surveyed
and the land divi-lion thereof made.
