2141, and lands, being a part of the NE '/4 of the NW '/4 of Section 16, T 5 N, R 20 E, in
the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said NW '/4 Section 16; thence S 00' 49' 51" E
along the East line of said NW '/4 Section 16, 860.19 feet to the place of beginning of the
lands to be described; thence continuing S 00' 49' 5 1 " E along said East line, 463.00
feet; thence S 88' 52' 32" W, 168.05 feet to a point on the East line of Pioneer Drive;
thence Northeasterly 188.69 feet along said East line and the arc of a circle whose center
is to the West, whose radius is 1959.86 feet and whose chord bears N 01' 3 V 35.5" E,
188.62 feet; thence N 01 ° 13' 54" W along said East line, 274.27 feet; thence N 88' 46'
