certify that I have surveyed, divided and mapped part of the Southwest
one -quarter of the Southwest one -quarter of Section 21, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded
and described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southwest one -quarter of
Section 21; thence North 02°19'02" West along the West line of said
Southwest one -quarter 996.37 feet; thence North 87°40'58" East 589.99
feet; thence South 02°19'02" East 404.98 feet; thence North 86033'31"
East 459.14 feet to a point on the centerline of Parker Drive; thence
South 49116'39" West along said centerline 74.65 feet; thence South
36052'39" West along the aforementioned centerline 83.39 feet; thence
South 11052'39" West along the centerline of Parker Drive 128.27 feet;
