and described as follows:
Commencing at the Cast Iron monument that marks the Northeast corner of the SW 1/4 of said Section 21;
THENCE S88" 13' 30"W, along the North line of said SW 1/4, a distance of 43.47 feet; THENCE
SO1' 47' 10"E, a distance of 338.48 feet, to the Point of Beginning of the lands to be described, and to a
I" x 24" SET Iron Pipe (weighing 1.68 Ibs/ lin. ft.) with a yellow plastic plug inserted in its top stamped J.C.
