Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego, County of Waukesha, State of Wisconsin, bounded and described as
follows: Commence at the West 1/4 corner of said Section; THENCE North 01 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds
West for a distance of 1258.00 feet, along the West line of said 1/4 section, to a point; THENCE North 88 degrees
13 minutes 25 East, for a distance of 40.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning, said point also being the northwest
