I, Christopher J. Kunkel, a registered land surveyor, do hereby certify: that I have
surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21, T 5 N, R
20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as
follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said SW 1/4 Section 21; thence N 88'
13' 30" E, along the North line of said SW 1/4 Section 21, 1982.97 feet; thence S 11° 36'
I4" W, 914.06 feet to the place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence S 880 58'
39" E, 454.69 feet; thence S 001 1745" W, 294.00 feet to a point on the North line of
Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 8062; thence N 89142' 15" W along said North line,
72.90 feet to the Northeast corner of Certified Survey Map No. 1249; thence N 88' 58' 39"
W along the North line of said Certified Survey Map, 440.62 feet to a point on the
centerline of Parker Road; thence N 110 36' 14" E alorjg said centerline, 300.00 feet to the
