I, Wayne D. Mickelson, Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify:
That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 23, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 23;
thence S 89*02151" W along the South line of said 1/4 Section, 570.13 feet
to the place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence S 89°02'51"
W, 289.340 feet to a point; thence N 1006106" W, 166.991 feet to a point;
thence N 89002151" E, 288.000 feet to a point; thence S 1°33'41" E, 167.000
feet to the place of beginning. Said lands containing 48,205.14 square
feet.
That I have made such survey, land division and map by the direction of
Ken Baranowski and Eileen Baranowski, husband and wife, owners of said
land.
That such map is a correct representation of all exterior boundaries of the
land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the
Wisconsin Statutes and Chapter 18 of the City of Muskego Subdivision
