SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE:
I, John W. Jahnke, registered land surveyor, being duly sworn on oath, hereby depose
and say that I have surveyed, divided and mapped the following land bounded and described
as follows:
All that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of
Section 5, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 5; thence South 0001815011 West along the west line of
said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) 1932.18 feet; thence North 880521231, East 92.65 feet to
the place of beginning of the lands hereinafter described; thence North 88052123" East
1085.97 feet to the center line of Hillendale Drive as established by Certified Survey
Map No. 3964 as recorded in Volume 31 of Certified Survey Maps, Waukesha County Registry,
on pages 8-11 as Document No. 1148780; thence South 15012130" West along said center line
238.87 feet; thence South 88°52'23" West parallel to the south line of said Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4) 1030.57 feet to the east right-of-way line of Racine Avenue; thence
northeasterly 229.53 feet along said right-of-way line and the arc of a curve of radius
11510.16 feet, center lies to the west, chord bears North 01*48157" East 229.53 feet to
the place of beginning. Containing a gross area of 242,496 square feet (5.5670 acres).
Also containing a net area of 232,942 square feet (5.3476 acres) of land as measured to
the proposed westerly right-of-way line located 40 feet westerly of the center line of
said Hillendale Drive.
I further certify that I have made such survey, land division and map by the
direction of the owners of said land; that such map is a correct representation of the
exterior boundaries of the land surveyed and map thereof made; and that I have fully
complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the Wisconsin State Statutes pertaining to
Certified Survey Maps (Section 236.34) and the regulations of the City of Muskego in
surveying, dividing and mapping the same.
