That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 26, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southwest 1/4; thence N 1°04'09"
W along the East line of said Southwest 1/4, 2663.37 feet to the Northeast
corner of said Southwest 1./4; thence S 88045'51" W along the North line of
said Southwest 1/4, 1330.21 feet to a point on the centerline of Thode
Drive; thence S 1'07109" E aloncT said centerline, 1.65.00 feat to the place
of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continuing S 11107109" E
along said centerline, 300.00 feet to a point; thence N 88045151" E, 450.00
feet to a point; thence N 1007' 09" 'q, 300.00 feet to a point; thencr S
88045'51", 450.00 feet to the place of beginning. Said lands containing
135,000 square feet.
Thnt I have made such survey, land division and map by the direction of
Jordan J. Kopac, Jr. and Joel W. Kopac, owners of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all exterior boundaries of the
land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That I above fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the
