I, Claude C. Johnson, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby
`- certify, I have surveyed, divided and mapped all that part of the
Northeast one -quarter of the Southwest one -quarter of Section 6, Town 5
North,'Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
bounded and described as follows:.
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest onequarterof
Section 6; thence North 86052107" East along the North line of said
Southwest one -quarter 2205.74 feet to the place of beginning of the
parcel hereinafter described; thence continuing North 86052107" East
along said North line 253.84 feet; thence South 00053109" West
parallel to the East line of said Southwest one -quarter 541.74 feet;
thence South 86052107" West parallel to the North line of said Southwest
one -quarter 253.84 feet; thence North 00053109" East parallel to the
East line of the aforementioned Southwest one -quarter 541.74 feet to
the place of beginning, containing 137,176 square feet or 3.149 acres.
Excepting and dedicating therefrom a parcel of land for public
road purposes (Tans Drive) bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the above described Northeast corner of the Southwest
one -quarter of Section 6; thence South 86052107" West along the North
line of said Southwest one -quarter 250.62 feet to the point of beginn-
ing of the parcel hereinafter described; thence South 00°53'09" West
parallel to the East line of said Southwest one -quarter 65.47 feet to
a point on the South right-of-way line of Tans Drive being 40.00 feet
South of as measured normal to the centerline of Tans Drive; thence
South 85048143" West along the aforementioned South right -of --way line
254.21 feet; thence North 00053109" East parallel to the East line of
the Southwest one -quarter of Section 6, 70.17 feet to a point on the
North line of said Southwest one -quarter; thence North 86°52'07" East -
along said North line 253.84 feet to the place of beginning.
Remnant area less dedicated parcel is 120,004 square feet or
2.755 acres.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the
direction of Duane C. Whitehouse, Jerry C. Whitehouse and Jeffrey
D. Whitehouse, owners of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior
boundariesof the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
