bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the NW 1/4 corner of the SW 1/4 of said Section 16, thence S00'
59'13"E along the West line of said SW 1/4 Section, 944.00 feet to a point on
on the westerly extension of the southerly right—of—way line of Enterprise Drive;
thence along said southerly right—of—way line; N8847'42"E, 457.23 feet to the
point of beginning of the lands hereinafter described; thence continuing along said
southerly right—of—way line; N88047'42"E, 278.00 feet to a point; thence S01,12'
18"E, 385.25 feet to a point on the South line of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
sold Section 16; thence along said South line S88'41'06"W, 278.00 feet to a point;
thence N01`12'18"W, 385.79 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.4604 acres
(107,174.22 sq. ft.) more or less of land.
That we have mode this survey, land division and map by the direction of the
Merit Asphalt, Inc., Owner of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries of the
land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That we have fully compiled with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the Wisconsin
Statutes and the City of Muskego in surveying, dividing and mapping the some.
