That I have surveyed, divided, and mapped a division of a part of
Certified Survey Map No. 3246 and lands in the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and
the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 17, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 Section; thence
