I, Claude C. Johnson, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby
certify that I have surveyed, divided and mapped all that part of the
Northwest one -quarter of the Northwest one -quarter of Section 28, Town
5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest one -quarter of
Section 28; thence North 87054'39" East along the North line of said
Northwest one -quarter, 662.09 feet; thence South 01145'06" East and
parallel to the West line of the aforementioned Northwest one -quarter,
632.43 feet to a.point on the centerline of Parker Road; thence South
28°52'59" West along said centerline 391.20 feet to the P.C. of a curve;
thence 198.10 feet alone the aforementioned centerline and the arc of
said curve, radius of 588.11 feet, the center of which lies to the
Northwest and a chord bearing South 38031'59" West 197.17 feet to the
P.T. of said curve; thence South 48110'59" West along the centerline of
Parker Road 340.00 feet; thence South 88014'59" West 75.00 feet to a
point on the West line of the Northwest one -quarter of Section 28;
thence North 01145'06" West alone said West line 1334.50 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 712,575 square feet or 16.358 acres.
Excepting and dedicating_ therefrom a strip of land 40 feet in
'width lying Northwest of and adjacent to the above described center-
line of Parker Road for public street purposes.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the
direction of Muskego Land Development Corporation.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior
boundaries of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of
the Wisconsin Statutes and Ordinances of the City of Muskego, in
surveying, dividing and mapping the same.
