That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a division of a part of the Southeast 1/4
of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 18, in Township 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, which is bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Northeast 1/4 Section; thence North 00' 58'
43" West along the East line of said 1/4 Section, 360.00 feet to a point, said point
being the beginning of land to be described; thence South 871 32' 43" West and parallel
to the South line of said Northeast 1/4 Section, 1332.08 feet to a point on the West line
of the Southeast 1/4 of said Northeast 1/4 Section and the centerline of Hillendale Drive;
thence North 01' 02' 49" West along said West line and center line, 192.49 feet to a
point; thence North 870 32' 43" East, 530.01 feet to a point; thence North 01' 02' 49"
West, 4.00 feet to a point; thence North 87' 32' 43" East, 982.30 feet to a point on the
East line of said Northeast 1/4 Section; thence South 00° 58' 43" East along said East
line, 196.50 feet to the point of beginning.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the direction of Charlene
