I, Claude C. Johnson, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby
certify that I have surveyed, divided and mapped all that part of the
Northeast one -quarter of the Southwest one -quarter of Section 6, Town 5
North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest one -quarter of
Section 6; thence North 86152'07" East along the North line of said
Southwest one -quarter 2460.58 feet to the place of beginning of the
parcel hereinafter described; thence continuing North 86152'07" East
along said North line 250.62 feet to the Northeast corner of the South-
west of Section 6; thence South 00153'09" West along the East line of
said Southwest one -quarter 541.74 feet; thence South 86052'07" West
parallel to the North line of said Southwest one -quarter 250.62 feet;
thence North 00153'09" East parallel to the East line of the afore-
mentioned Southwest one -quarter 541.74 feet to the place of beginning,
containing 135,437 square feet or 3.109 acres.
Excepting and dedicating therefrom a parcel of land for public road
purposes (Tans Drive) bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the above described Northeast corner of the Southwest
one -quarter of Section 6; thence South 00153'09" West along the East
line of said Southwest one -quarter 54.93 feet to a point on the South
riqht-of-way line of Tans Drive being 40.00 feet South of as measured
normal to the centerline of Tans Drive; thence South 63007142" West along
said South right-of-way line 125.57 feet; thence South 85148'43" West
along the aforementioned South right-of-way line 126.08 feet; thence
North 00053'09" East parallel to the East line of the Southwest one -
quarter of Section 6, 65.47 feet to a point on the North line of said
Southwest one -quarter; thence North 86052107" East along said North line
250.62 feet to the place of beginning.
Remnant area less dedicated parcel is 120,002 square feet or
2.755 acres.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the direction
of Duane C. Whitehouse, Jerry C. Whitehouse, and Jeffrey D. Whitehouse,
owners of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all the e�:terior
boundaries of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
