that at the direction of the Owner, we have made this survey being all
that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 16, Town

Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of sold Section 16; thence South 00.59'13"
East along the West line of said Section 16. 372.00 feet to its intersection -with
the westerly extension of the southerly right—of—way line of Satum Drive; thence
