corner of said SW 1/4; thence S 881 58' 34" W, along the South line of
said SW 1/4, 1054.95 feet to a point; thence N 2° 47' 34" E, 316.18 feet
to a point, said point being the place of beginning of the lands to be
described; thence continuing N 21 47' 34" E, 253.87 feet to a point;
thence N 421 52' 08" E, 237.89 feet to a point; thence Northeasterly
along a curve, 141.48 feet, whose radius is 60.00 feet lying Northwest-
