I, Claude C. Johnson, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby
certify that I have surveyed, divided and mapped all that part of the
Northwest one -quarter and Northeast one -quarter of the Northwest one -
quarter of Section 19, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Conmiencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest one -quarter of
Section 19; thence North 87007122" East along the North line of said
Northwest one -quarter 957.00 feet to a point on the centerline of
Crowbar Drive and the point of beginning of the parcel hereinafter
described.; thence continuing North 87007122" East along said North
line 340.41 feet; thence South 08107'38" East parallel to the said
centerline 150.64 feet; thence South 87007122" West parallel to the
North line of the Northwest one -quarter of Section 19, 340.41 feet to
a point on the centerline of Crowbar Drive; thence North 08°07'38"
West along said centerline 150.64 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 51,064 square feet or 1.172 acres.
E_ccepting and dedicating therefrom a strip of land 50 feet in
width lying East of and adjacent to the above described centerline of
Crowbar Drive for public street purposes.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the
direction of Jack King and Bernice King, his wife, owners of said
land.
That such map is a correct representation of all the e::terior
boundaries of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236
of the Wisconsin Statutes and Ordinances of the City of Muskego in
surveying, dividing and mapping the same.
