That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a division of Parcel 4 in Certified Survey
Map No. 5552 of a part of Lot 18 in WOODCREST HEIGHTS being a part of the SW 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 of Section 16, T 5 N, R 20 E, int he City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, which is bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest
corner of said SW 1/4 Section; thence N 0° 59' 13" W along the West line of said SW 1/4
Section 715.34 feet to the place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence
continuing N 00 59' 13" W along said West line 615.33 feet; thence N 881 41' 06" E,
277.00 feet; thence S 150 43' 00" E, 552.45 feet; thence S 75' 58' 09" W, 130.00 feet;
thence Southwesterly 174.54 feet along the arc of a circle whose center is to the
