That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 21, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
which is bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of
said SW 1/4 Section; thence N 88' 13' 30" E along the North line of said SW 1/4
Section, 1343.5; feet; thence S 2° 15' 25" E, 967.59 feet; thence N 86' 39' 47" W,
403.68 feet to the place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continuing
N 86" 39' 4.7" W, 660.00 feet to a point on the Southeasterly right-of-way line of
Racine Avenue (C.T.H. "Y"); thence N 36' 57' 39" E alone said right-of-way line
306.85 feet; thence S 80' 12' 03" E, 493.22 feet; thence S 3° 20' 13" W, 200.00 feet
to the place of beginning.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the direction of Carol J.
DeBack, Owner.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries of the
land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
