described as follows: Commencinq at the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4 Section:
thence S 88' 58' 34" W alona the South line of said SW 1/4 Section, 213.18 feet: thence

242.62 feet to the place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continuing

182.00 feet to a point on the Meander Line of an unnamed creek; thence S 7° 15' 27" E
