I, Claude C. Johnson, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby
certify that I have surveyed, divided and mapped all that part of the
Northwest one -quarter of the Southwest one -quarter of Section 19, Town
5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest one -quarter of
Section 19; thence North 02010127" West along the West line of said South-
west one -quarter 1325.98 feet to a point on the South line of the North
one-half of the aforementioned Southwest one -quarter and the centerline
of Henneberry Drive; thence North 87°45'08" East along said South line
and centerline 255.13 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel here-
inafter described; thence continuing North 87°45108" East along the
aforementioned South line and centerline 160.49 feet; thence North 02'
10'27" West parallel to the West line of the Southwest one -quarter of
Section 19, 289.24 feet; thence South 87045'08" West parallel to the
South line of the North one-half of said Southwest one -quarter 160.49
feet; thence South 02°10'27" East parallel to said West line 289.24 feet
to the point of becinning, containing 46,420 square feet or 1.066 acres.
E_,:ceptincf and dedicating therefrom a strip of land 40 feet in
width lying North of and adjacent to the above described centerline of
Henneberry Drive for public street purposes.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the
direction of Dean King, Jack Kind, Bernice King, and Ruby King, owners.
That such map is a correct representation of all the e_cterior
boundaries of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of
the Wisconsin Statutes and ordinances of the City of Muskego in survey-
