We, WAUKESHA LAND SURVEYS, INC., do herety certify:
THAT WE have surveyed and mapped all that part of the Northeast one -quarter of Section
2, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, described as
follows, to -wit: Commencing at a point on the North line of the said Northeast one -quarter
distant South 89* 50' East 294.73 feet from the Northwest corner thereof; thence South 190
01' 30" East 1763.49 feet to the point of beginning of the lands herein described; thence
continuing South 190 01' 30" East along the centerline of Tess Corners Drive 326.76 feet;
thence North 60a 57' East 160.47 feet; thence South 199 01' 30" East 215.93 feet to a point
on the centerline of S.T.H."24"; thence North 600 57' East along said centerline 302.11
feet; thence North 00 22' East 613.51 feet; thence South 60a 57' West 669.43 feet to the
point of beginning and containing 5.353 acres of land exclusive of that portion used for
road purposes. Excepting and dedicating therefrom the Westerly 50 feet on the Southerly
60 feet for road purposes, also being subject to an easement described in Volume 874 on
Page 15 of Deeds in the Register of Deeds office in the Waukesha County Court House.
THAT I have made this survey, land division and map by the direction of Root River
Investment Company, owner of said land.
THAT such map is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries of the land
surveyed and the land division thereof made.
THAT I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the Wisconsin Statutes
and ordinances of the City of Muskego in surveying, dividing and apping the same.
