I, Gerald E. Casey, a registered land surveyor, do hereby certify
that I have surveyed, divided and mapped a division of a part of the
NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 9, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, which is bounded and described as
follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said NE 1/4 Section;
thence S 1° 23' 16" E, along the East line of said NE 1/4 Section
873.00 feet to a point on the center line of Schubring Drive; thence
S 85° 50' 55" W, 1039.90 feet along the center line of Schubring Drive
extended to a point on the West line of Lake Drive, said point being
the place of beginning of the land to be described; thence N 40 02'
27" W, along said West line of Lake Drive 189.50 feet; thence S 85'
57' 33" W, 115.00 feet to a point on the meander line of Little Muskego
Lake; thence S 141 02' 52" W, along said meander line 104.67 feet;
thence S 28° 31' 59" W, along said meander line 106.80 feet; thence
N 85° 57' 33" E, 205.00 feet to the place of beginning.
That I have made such survey, land division and map by the direction
of Ruth Olenchek, owner of said land.
That such neap is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries
of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the
Wisconsin Statutes and the subdivision regulations of the City of
Muskego in surveying, dividing and mapping the same.
