I, Gerald E. Casey, a registered land surveyor, do hereby certify
that I have surveyed, divided and mapped a re -division of Parcel 3
of Certified Survey Map No. 4616, being a part of the NE 1/4 of
Section 11, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, which is bounded and described as follows: Commencing at
the Southeast corner of said NE 1/4 Section; thence N 11 26' 42" W,
along the East line of said NE 1/4 Section, 1351.68 feet; thence
S 70° 14' 47" W, 1693.40 feet; thence N 01 53' 54" W, 52.84 feet to
a point on the North line of Woods Road, said point being the place
of beginning of the lands to be described; thence S 700 14' 47" W,
along said North line 563.23 feet to a point on the East line of
Durham Drive; thence N 10' 54' 14" W, along said East line 376.38
feet; thence N 87' 36' 06" E, 598.60 Beet; thence S 0° 53' 54" E,
204.30 feet to the place of beginning.
That I have made such survey, land division and map by the direction
of Brian A. Harper and Shauna J. Harper, his wife, owners of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior
boundaries of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the
Wisconsin Statutes and the subdivision regulations of the City of
Muskego in surveying, dividing and mapping the same.
