We, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., registered land surveyors, do hereby certify
that at the direction of the Owner, we have made this survey being all
that part of the Northwest ;4 of the Southwest 4 of Section 12, Town 5
North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
bounded and described as follows:
i.Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 12; thence North 000 19'
34" West along the West line of the Southwest , of Section 12, 1331.69
feet to a point in the centerline of McShane Drive; thence North 831
56' 37" East along the centerline of McShane Drive, 1089.03 feet; thence
North 061 03' 23" West, 370.00 feet to the place of beginning of the
parcel of land hereinafter described; thence continuing North 060 03'
23" West, 110.00 feet; thence North 830 32' 24" East, 189.95 feet to
a point in the Westerly right-of-way line of Fairfield Drive; thence
along the westerly right-of-way line of Fairfield Drive and the arc
of a curve 112.06 feet, center which lies to the East, radius of 1400.00
feet and a chord bearing South 120 25' 42" East, 112.03 feet; thence
South 831 56' 37" West, 202.38 feet to the place of beginning containing:
0.4965 acres.
