I, WILLIAM H. SCHMITT, registered land surveyor, do hereby certify:
THAT I have surveyed, divided and mapped a redivision of Parcel 1 of
"CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP NO. 3207" and lands in the West 1/2 of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 19, Township 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows, to -wit:
COMMENCING at the southwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said
Section; running thence North 10 22, 40" West on and along the west line
of said 1/4 Section, 1269.165 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel
of land to be described, said point being the southwest corner of Parcel 1
of "CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP NO. 3207", as recorded in the office of Register
of Deeds; continuing thence North 10 22, 40" West on and along the west
line of said 1/4 Section and the west line of said Parcel 1, 717.76 feet
to the northwest corner of said Parcel 1; thence North 870 52' 21" East
on and along the north line of said Parcel 1 and its extension East 959.43
feet to a point; thence South 10 30' 52" East and parallel'.tothe east
line of the West 1/2 of said Northeast 1/4 Section 651.74 feet to a point
in the north line of :Said Parcel 1; thence North 87° 52' 21" East on and
along said north line 375.00 feet to a northeast corner of said Certified
Survey Map, said point lies in the east line of the West 1/2 of said 1/4
Section; thence South 1' 30' 52" East on and along said lines 66.00 feet
to the southeast corner of said Certified Survey Map; thence South 870
52' 21" West on and along the south line of said Certified Survey Map
1336.14 feet to the point of beginning. The East 40.00 feet of the South
66 feet being dedicated for public road purposes.
Containing in all 16.31415 acres of land excluding road.
THAT I have made this survey, land division and map by the direction of
John D. Huber, owner of said land.
THAT such map is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries
of the land surveyed, and the land division thereof made.
THAT I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the
Wisconsin Statutes and Ordinance No. 63 of the City of Muskego in survey-
ing, dividing and mapping the same.
